If they look and smell okay they'll be okay to wear. Use a good quality laundry detergent and warm water wash. If there's a lot of mold or mildew, pre-treat the areas using a product like Shout or just plain old household ammonia (never use ammonia with bleach).Are clothes that have green mold from being near food crumbs okay for use after being washed?
You could run it through the pre-wash as well as the warmest cycle that the item of clothing will allow. If it is white, use some bleach, on coloured use a dash of vinegar. They should be fine after that.
