Umm why would there be mold on the scalp? Cider vinegar is used to make hair shiny (I wouldn't do it personally, but i think it's one of those home secret type things)... never heard of your cause. If you have dandruff or something, you need to see a dermatologist or buy zinc shampoo...
you mean scalp like head scalp? THre shouldnt be mold on your salp, if there is go to the dr i have never heard of that. or do you mean dandruff?
