Sprinkling salt, mixed with lemon juice on the mildew will remove the stain. Try rubbing it in with a wash cloth, then put it in the laundry. Check before drying to see if stain was removed. If not, try again. Bleach doesn't always work, and will weaken many kinds of fabrics. Especially if you have colored clothes.
